It was the early 1950s when Donna Elvira, busy in the kitchen, from her window overlooking the sea at the historic residence of La Corallina, awaited the return of fishing boats from their fishing trips off the coast of Punta Licosa, to ensure the best catch to serve to her guests. After more than half a century, today, with the same spirit aimed at enhancing local products, we keep alive the memories and dishes of the Cilento tradition.
