Check in to the room is available from 14.00 and Check out by 10.00.
Access to the beach is available from 14.00 noon on the day of your arrival and to 12.00 noon on the day of your departure. On your arrival, if the room you have booked is ready you can check-in. If it is not ready you can always access our beach while waiting.
On the day of departure, you can check with reception if it is possible for you to have a late check-out.
The parking service is available from 12.00 noon on the day of arrival and until 10.00 on the day of your departure.
If the room you have booked is a Romantic Junior Suite or a Romantic Standard Room, they are situated in a separate building just 50 meters away from the Approdo main building, and all the services are reachable by just crossing the road.
All the other rooms are located in the main building.
Your booking includes a bed & breakfast service, access to the Thalasso SPA, access to the private beach and free car park, which is situated just 300 meters from the main building.
Yes, access to the Thalasso Spa is included in your booking, one for each night of your stay. The access to the SPA is available from the day of your arrival but it will not be accessible on the day of your departure.
To accesso the SPA, a reservation with your requested time is required and it must be made during your booking procedure or by sending an email at email@example.com.
No, massages are not included in the price of your room but can be booked choosing from our ‘Treatment Card’. We suggest booking in advance of your arrival, in order to ensure availability.
We regret that the hotel does not provide half board service. Lunch and/or dinner can be added and are to be considered an extra. For lunch, the Thalassa Beach Bar offers an ‘à la carte menu’ (reservation not required) and for dinner, Donna Elvira Restaurant offers both a tasting menu and ‘à la carte menu’ (reservation required).
You can confirm your booking by clicking on the ‘CONFIRM’ button, and by inserting your credit card details to guarantee your booking.
You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before your arrival without any penalty. Cancellations can be made online on our website, accessing the booking area and then clicking on ‘Cancel Reservation’, accessing the “Manage Reservation” that you will find at the bottom of every page of our website or by sending an email with your booking information to firstname.lastname@example.org

We provide bathrobe and slippers which you will find in your room, for use at the SPA, whilst beach towels can be hired on-site.

FAQ THALASSO SPA
Access to the Approdo Thalasso Spa allows you to enjoy an exclusive seawater course, that covers an area of 2500 sqm divided into four areas: Steam & Aroma Area, the Marine Aerosol, the Inside Seawater pool & the Suspended Seawater pool Area and the Relax Area. The Steam Area is the hottest part of the wellness centre. The course begins with salt and algae vapours that cleanse your skin of all the impurities. The saline beach, with hot salt at 40° and 60° C, is the correct remedy against fastidious muscular contractures. Sea Aerosol with seawater from the Cilento Marine Area accompanies you to the enchanting blue bubble pools, with relaxing underwater music. It is pleasurable to lose yourself among the enchanting aromas of the bio-sauna and steam baths, granting yourself a complete pause. The Inside Seawater pool area, with its twenty hydro-massage points and the emotional tub, benefits the circulation and tones the skin. An evocative itinerary completed in the Sea Suspended Area, between sky and earth. At the end of the course, we welcome you to take a moment for yourself in the Panoramic Relax Area.
The 180-minute access allows you to enjoy all the SPA areas for a period of 3 hours only. When booking your access, you will be asked to choose an entry time and from that moment the SPA will be available for 3 hours.
The Day Resort SPA access, allows you to enjoy all the SPA areas and the outdoor areas of the Resort with beach and outdoor swimming pool. Access is available from 09:30 to 20.00.
Yes, we provide our guests with bathrobe and slippers. Bath Towels are also available on-site at an extra cost of € 2.
No, the SPA course will always be shared with other people.
You can choose your massage preference from our Treatment Card where you will find all our suggestions. Massages can be carried out in single or double cabins.
Yes, you are always required to book in advance directly through our website.
There are no massages included in the SPA Access. The time spent for massages will be added to you 3 hours access.
We suggest you book massages and treatments before your arrival at the hotel, directly through our website, in order to ensure availability. Massages can be booked at the reception desk upon arrival but are subject to availability.
No, we do not provide a private and free car park with a Thalasso SPA Access. Payable parking is available in front of the building, only on the blue lines. Alternatively, you can choose to leave your car in a private car park near the structure.
Most of the SPA course is indoors. We have two outdoor areas, the swimming pool and the solarium which can be used subject to weather conditions.
No, we do not offer a subscription programme, but you can subscribe to our newsletter in order to stay updated with all our promotions.
Access to the Thalasso Spa is not allowed for children under 14 years old. Children between 14 and 16 years old, can access the swimming pool area only and must be accompanied by an adult. Between 16 and 17 years old it is possible to use the entire wellness course if accompanied by an adult.
The beach area is reserved for the exclusive use of our guests. In order to use the area, you must be a hotel guest or have Thalasso SPA access.
The Day Resort SPA Access has no time limit from 10.00 to 20.00, allowing you to freely move to all the resort areas. However, if you wish to leave the resort premises this corresponds with check out only, thus ending your Day Resort Access.
At the Spa, it is not possible to consume food and/or drinks and there are no refreshment areas.
The Thalassa Beach Bar is available for a light lunch or a tasty snack.
The L’Approdo Lounge Bar offers refreshing aperitifs.
The Donna Elvira Restaurant is the ideal choice for a dinner which combines taste and gastronomic finesse.
You can cancel your reservation up to the day before of your arrival without any penalties. It is possible to access the SPA and the Thalassotherapy treatments from the 4th month up to and including the 7th month of pregnancy. Our staff will be at your disposal advising you on the most suitable treatments for you as a future mother, providing all the necessary information on how best to use the SPA.
Normally we do not offer predefined packages, but we tend to create and customize them according to your requirements. Please feel free to ask our reception.
We do not recommend the use of the SPA in case of cardiovascular diseases, hypotensive or hypertensive crises, serious hyperthyroidism pathology, oncological diseases or chemotherapy treatments completed during in the previous 6 months. For more information do not hesitate to contact our staff.

FAQ VOUCHER & GIFT CARDS
All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The period of validity is understood to be during the opening period of the facility..
Before the expiry date of the voucher, it is possible to purchase an extension of another two months by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The price for the voucher extension is €10 per person.
Yes, if you have an ‘Approdo Resort Gift Voucher’ (night stay) you need to make a reservation in advance by sending an email to email@example.com. Your reservation will be confirmed subject to availability, therefore, we suggest that your reservation request is made well in advance of your chosen day.
If you have a “Thalasso Spa Voucher” (Spa access and treatments), the reservation must be made through our website, accessing the “Book Thalasso SPA” section. Follow the procedure to book your access, and at the end, you will be asked for the voucher code. Your reservation will be confirmed subject to availability, therefore, we suggest that your reservation request is made well in advance of your chosen day.
The gift card is a pre-paid voucher that can be used for all the services of the Approdo Resort Thalasso Spa. The sum of the services booked will be deducted in whole or in part from the gift card. The reservation must be made by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the code of the gift card, the day chosen to use it, the services chosen and the name of the person who will use the voucher. Your reservation will be confirmed subject to availability, therefore, we suggest that your reservation is made well in advance of your chosen day.
