Come with the right rhythm
We recommend you to come at least 10-15 minutes in advance to dive with no pressure in the spa atmosphere. In case of delay, the treatment could be reduced in duration, without any change in tariff.

Disconnect to reconnect
Silence is part of the journey: silence your phone and allow yourself to have time away distractions. If you want to accompany your relaxation with music, use the earphones to respect the tranquility of other guests.

Prepare your body and mind
A relaxing shower is recommended before starting the wellness or treatment, to promote greater absorption of the benefits of water and essences.

Wellness in safety
If you have special health needs, allergies or sensitivities, please let us know at time of booking. Some treatments may not be indicated in the pregnancy, recent surgery or specific medical conditions.

Choose lightness
Before entering the spa or having a massage, having a meal is recommended and also light and good hydration. Alcohol before treatments is not recommended, to encourage the maximum benefit of the wellness path.

We invite you to remove your shoes to access to the wellness and bring the spa kit provided. Where necessary, spaces are regularly sanitized to ensure maximum hygiene.
